Where tracking is available, JR17 may provide tracking details by email, SMS, WhatsApp or through the customer’s store account.
Courier tracking information may take several hours to update after dispatch.

Customers should ensure that their phone number is active and that someone is available to receive the parcel.
After unsuccessful delivery attempts, the parcel may be returned to JR17. Additional shipping charges may apply before the parcel is dispatched again.
Customers should contact JR17 when an order is significantly delayed beyond the stated delivery estimate.
JR17 will raise an investigation with the courier. A refund or replacement may be offered after the courier confirms that the parcel has been lost or cannot be delivered.
Where a delay makes it impossible for the customer to reasonably benefit from the product, the customer may request an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable UAE law.
Customers should inspect the external packaging before accepting delivery.
