Shipping policy

This Shipping and Delivery Policy applies to orders placed through the JR17 online store.

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days after payment and order verification.

Orders received on weekends or UAE public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

Processing may take longer during:

  • Promotional campaigns
  • Eid and public holidays
  • High-volume sales periods
  • Severe weather
  • Courier disruptions
  • Product availability issues

UAE Delivery Times

Estimated delivery within the UAE is generally:

Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman: 1–3 business days
Abu Dhabi and other Emirates: 2–5 business days
Remote delivery areas: 3–7 business days

These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery times.

The delivery period displayed at checkout or confirmed with the customer will apply to the relevant order.

International Delivery

International delivery is available only where an international shipping option appears at checkout or is confirmed directly by JR17.

International customers may be responsible for:

  • Customs duties
  • Import VAT
  • Clearance fees
  • Local taxes
  • Customs documentation
  • Destination-country restrictions

These charges are not included unless expressly stated during checkout.

Delivery Charges

Applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before the customer confirms the order.

Free-delivery promotions apply only when the stated minimum-spend, location or promotional conditions are satisfied.

Delivery Information

Customers must provide a complete and accurate:

  • Full name
  • UAE mobile number
  • Building or villa number
  • Street and area
  • Emirate
  • Apartment or office number
  • Nearby landmark, where necessary

JR17 is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer.

Additional delivery charges may apply where a parcel must be resent because:

  • An incorrect address was supplied.
  • The customer was repeatedly unavailable.
  • The customer refused an accurately supplied order.
  • The courier was unable to access the delivery location.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, JR17 may provide tracking details by email, SMS, WhatsApp or through the customer’s store account.

Courier tracking information may take several hours to update after dispatch.

Delivery Attempts

The courier may contact the customer to arrange delivery.

Customers should ensure that their phone number is active and that someone is available to receive the parcel.

After unsuccessful delivery attempts, the parcel may be returned to JR17. Additional shipping charges may apply before the parcel is dispatched again.

Delayed or Missing Orders

Customers should contact JR17 when an order is significantly delayed beyond the stated delivery estimate.

JR17 will raise an investigation with the courier. A refund or replacement may be offered after the courier confirms that the parcel has been lost or cannot be delivered.

Where a delay makes it impossible for the customer to reasonably benefit from the product, the customer may request an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable UAE law.

Damaged or Tampered Parcels

Customers should inspect the external packaging before accepting delivery.

Where a parcel appears opened, heavily damaged or tampered with, the customer should:

  1. Photograph the parcel.
  2. Inform the courier.
  3. Record an unboxing video.
  4. Contact JR17 promptly.
